These terms are between the Purchaser/Customer and Season to Live LLC company/website and is subject to change from time to time. If any other name, other than the party who placed the order is in served, the parties who placed the order together with the person’s name which appears as the Purchaser shall be jointly and severally liable.

Season to Live LLC sells natural food, beauty products, herbs, spiritual/religious products, via e-commerce platform, social media, events, and farmers markets. 

Conditions of use
This site will be open on all days of the month to place orders unless otherwise mentioned on the site. However, shipping will only occur on business days from 9am – 4pm.

Shipping 
Season To Live LLC makes every effort to deliver products on time; however, there could be delays due to unforeseen causes, beyond the company control. Season to Live LLC, shall not be responsible for any delays howsoever caused. Shipping benefits depend upon inventory availability, order deadlines and in some cases the shipping address. 

Limitation of Liability
Season to Live may send email (s), text, or messages pertaining to orders, subscription, notices about new products and deals to customers. From time-to-time Season to Live may choose, at its sole discretion to add or remove products and services. 

Agreement changes
Season to Live may at its own discretion change terms and conditions of use and privacy notice, or any aspects of seasontolive.com without any notice. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such change or portion is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Refund/Replacement
In the event a refund/replacement is requested by the customer, seasontolive.com and affiliates will consider the request on a case-by-case basis. Request can be made through seasontolive@yahoo.com. Any exchanges or returns will be at the discretion of Season to Live LLC and affiliates.
